Set up a business that gives instant product rebates to consumers. For example, if someone buys an item with a $50 rebate, the business would give the consumer a $25 instant rebate, eliminating the wait time of 8 to 12 weeks and the paperwork that would have to be submitted. The consumer thereby assigns the rebate proceeds to the rebate store and the rebate store makes a profit by collecting the full rebate and doing the paperwork. Farming subsidies create a surplus of certain food staples in the United States. We then export surplus food to foreign markets at below production prices. Sounds good right?

Besides toast, it is useful for buttering corn on the cob and crumpets; less useful unfortunately, for buttering rice and peas.
